Bell

Bell peppers are the classic large, blocky sweet peppers known for their thick walls and juicy crunch. Fruits typically grow 3–5 inches wide and mature from green to vibrant red, yellow, orange, or purple depending on the variety.

Their firm structure and substantial flesh make them ideal for slicing, stuffing, grilling, or sautéing. While they take longer to mature than mini sweet peppers, bell pepper plants produce large, impressive fruits that are a staple of summer vegetable gardens.
